We all face challenges and tough times in life, and each of us has a unique combination of strengths and struggles.

There are times when the usual ways of coping and achieving are just not working, no matter how emotionally strong, well-equipped, or healthy you may consider yourself. Sometimes we face situations for which we have no roadmap and no idea how to even start. Unfamiliar territory or an uncertain future can feel scary and overwhelming.

Even in familiar territory, change and persistence can be hard. We sometimes stall in our efforts and run into the same problem repeatedly. These are all times when adult ADHD therapy or anxiety therapy for adults can help.

Who I Am & My Approach

I am a Licensed Health Service Psychologist and owner of Aim to Thrive. I have over 20 years of experience as a clinician and business owner, along with more than 15 years as a consulting psychologist, helping professionals thrive in the workplace.

I leverage a unique combination of clinical and consulting expertise in my work, utilizing an approach that is science-based, strengths-driven, and growth-oriented. I partner with clients to identify needs and values, set goals, uncover and leverage strengths, and build skills that improve life functioning and satisfaction.

I live in Norman, Oklahoma, I’m married and we have two sons. Relationships and connection are deeply important to me, and I love spending quality time with my favorite people; laughing, having fun, and creating meaningful memories together. I also enjoy exercise, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

My approach draws from:

After years in general practice, I chose to narrow my focus to helping adults (18+) with ADHD and anxiety. My clinical experience includes:
