Payment & What to Expect

I want your experience with therapy to feel clear, supportive, and straightforward.

Here’s what you need to know about fees, payment, and working with your insurance: 

Fees & Insurance Reimbursement
I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a monthly superbill (a detailed statement) that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fees.

To check your benefits, you might ask your insurance provider:

  • Does my plan cover mental health services?

  • How do I submit a request for reimbursement?

  • Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled without adequate notice will be charged.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of your care before services are provided. This includes all related costs like therapy sessions, tests, or equipment.

If your bill is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
