Maggie joined Aim to Thrive in 2025 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. As our Administrative Associate, she is often the first point of contact for new clients—offering a warm welcome and helping ensure everyone feels supported from the very start. She manages the intake process, assists with scheduling, and provides thoughtful administrative support that keeps the practice running smoothly.

Billing Specialist

Maricar has been a valued part of Aim to Thrive for over 15 years, supporting the practice with care, consistency, and deep expertise. As our Billing Specialist, she handles the financial side of client care with the same compassion and attention to detail that define our clinical work.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health billing, invoicing, compliance, and office management, she plays a crucial role in keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes.
