In This Together is a support group designed specifically for women 30+ living with ADHD. It’s a safe, welcoming space to breathe, feel seen, and learn strategies that actually work without adding to your overwhelm.

What We’ll Explore Together
Each session includes meaningful conversation, peer support, and a short, ADHD-friendly lesson on a relevant topic.

Navigating the unique challenges of ADHD in women, including hormone changes
Organizing your mind, space, and time
Managing emotions with more ease and less shame
Moving from procrastination to progress gently
Becoming kinder to yourself in challenging moments
Building confidence, clarity, and capability day to day
